I accidentally skipped past it and can't open up the memos anymore due to them not being in the Document section of the inventory.
I am close to 100% completion and will post a save file for it for those who want to explore the DLCs after the Story.

The security code is 3486. I skipped it as well and went to look in the game files for it. Found it in _Translation.json.
