it may sound dumb but how do i download this ? when i open the attachement it goes to a new page that looks like its showing signs which may cause problems to put it into the torrent

save it as a .torrent file and open with your torrent handler
ie: copy all into a text file, change the extension to .torrent and open with programs like qbittorent/tixati/etc

Yep, I'm getting stalled too. Using qBittorrent and it won't even start downloading at all.

Well, I read somewhere that using the "Check forcefully" option from the right-mouse-click drop-down menu helps, and it kinda did for me. Now I'm downloading more stuff (not all, the only 4k thing I download is the one called ext_1, because others are called ext (in one folder), so I'm curious), and currently it's stuck on 94,4%. More than it was, honestly.
Edit: also I got 0 (1) seeds and 0 (2) peers, should it be like this? If not, how can I fix it?
